Need more information like Comp Spec, Type of Card before you can expect people to give you a serious solution.

Disable the onboard video chip. The computer is still trying to use it.
You can do this in the bios setup.

An error message of some sdort can try booting in saf mode when you turn on the computer start pressing f8 repeatedly b4 the xp loading screen give an.
